Flat-fee structure

• $6,750 for a Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessment

  • This includes cognitive (WISC/WAIS) and academic testing that is required for accommodations on standardized exams

  • Testing must be done in-person at our office in Berkeley, CA

• $3,750 for a Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

  • Used for diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations (medication and therapeutic)

  • For FMLA documentation, custody, surgery or employment/military requirements

  • Does not include cognitive (WISC/WAIS) testing

  • Evaluation is done completely online

• $1,750 for Cognitive Testing (WISC/WAIS) for independent school entrance requirements

  • Testing must be done in-person at our office in Berkeley, CA

We realize that proceeding with an assessment is a significant investment. For this reason, we help clients figure out their insurance reimbursements and provide superbills.
